1. Data controller

This notice has been prepared under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) by Mustafa Kalaycı Şahıs İşletmesi (sole proprietorship) as the data controller. 2. Personal data we process

This website has no contact form and no e-mail address; we do not actively ask you for any information. Only the name, phone number and message content you share when you contact us directly (by phone or WhatsApp) are processed. Beyond that, the hosting infrastructure serving this site may automatically create technically necessary access logs (transaction-security data: IP address, date-time, requested page). The site uses no cookie-based tracking and no analytics tool that profiles visitors.

This data is only what you share on your own initiative; the site does not silently collect data in the background. Please do not share special categories of data (such as health, identity or financial information) or any unnecessary personal data through these channels.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you. Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms) and, once you submit a request, Art. 5/2-(c) (processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract). For technical access logs the legal basis is also Art. 5/2-(f) (ensuring network and information security).

4. Transfers, processors and contact channels

Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing. The following parties are involved for the service to function technically:

• The hosting provider: acting as a data processor, it is the server infrastructure the site runs on; the technical access logs required for the site to work may occur there.
• WhatsApp (Meta): not a processor acting on our behalf but an independent data controller subject to its own privacy terms; when you message us on WhatsApp, the exchange runs over Meta’s infrastructure.

These services may have servers abroad. If you choose to use a channel with infrastructure abroad (e.g. WhatsApp), the transfer under KVKK Art. 9 takes place at your own request. Which channel you use is entirely your choice; if you prefer to avoid infrastructure abroad, you can always reach us by phone only.

5. Retention

Your contact data is kept until your request is concluded. If the work goes ahead, it is retained for the periods required by commercial and statutory record-keeping obligations (under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law), and is deleted or anonymised once those periods end. Technical access logs on the hosting infrastructure are subject to the provider’s standard, short-term log retention.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• learn whether it is being processed and request information if it has been,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK,
• request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties,
• object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can submit requests by phone at +90 540 340 35 35 or in writing via WhatsApp (where possible with information verifying your identity); you may also submit a signed written application to our address above. Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If your application is rejected or you find the response insufficient, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

7. Cookies

The site uses no cookies at all, so no cookie consent banner is shown. Fonts are served from our own server (self-hosted); no third-party font, analytics or advertising service is called. Only one technical preference is kept in your browser’s own storage (sessionStorage): whether the intro animation has already played in this session. This record never leaves your device, is not sent to any server, does not identify you and is not used for tracking; it is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab. If a cookie-based tool is ever added, this notice will be updated and a proper consent mechanism provided.
