Why Kemalpaşa gets through so many pallets
The Kemalpaşa industrial zone is dense with food, packaging, chemical, furniture, plastics and machinery producers. What they share is continuous output. Product comes off the line, gets palletised and leaves, and the next batch arrives the following day. Here a pallet behaves like a consumable.
That has two consequences. New pallets are needed all the time, and pallets arriving with incoming goods pile up behind the plant. We cover both sides: we supply pallets and we buy the ones piling up.
If you export, do not skip heat treatment
Wooden packaging leaving the country has to be heat treated and carry the IPPC mark. This is an international rule known as ISPM-15, and unmarked wooden pallets can cause problems at customs, including goods being held or turned back.
So if you are sourcing pallets for an export shipment, say so at the start. A pallet for the domestic market and a pallet going abroad are not the same thing, and we point you accordingly.
Short version: for domestic shipments a solid pallet is enough. For export, heat treatment and the IPPC mark are mandatory.
Forklift needs inside the plant
Most facilities in Kemalpaşa already own forklifts. We usually get called in one of three situations:
- A machine breaks down and production cannot wait
- Peak season or a large shipment needs an extra machine
- One off heavy work such as installing a new line or unloading equipment
We cover all three, with or without an operator, from hourly up to monthly. For work inside enclosed areas we suggest electric machines, since exhaust fumes become a problem indoors.
The road between Pınarbaşı and Kemalpaşa
Pınarbaşı, where our yard sits, is effectively at the start of the Kemalpaşa road. There is a direct connection over the Ankara highway with almost no city traffic in between, so we reach Kemalpaşa on a shorter run than suppliers coming from the far side of İzmir.

That is one of the most common reasons we get called. Send us the capacity you need, whether the work is indoors or outdoors, and roughly how long for. We can supply with or without an operator.
Will you buy the pallets piling up at our plant?
Yes. In a high volume area like Kemalpaşa pallets accumulate quickly. Let us know once the count builds up and we will come, look and quote.
